THE ARROW POINTS UP

THE ARROW POINTS UP
By: Darrelyn L. Tutt

Maybe you’re ashamed of the things you’ve done,
The places you’ve been,
Who you’ve become.

Maybe you feel …
Alone,
Abandoned,
Afraid,
and
Lost.
Maybe you wonder if it's too great a cost...
to change.
~~~
There’s an intersection called grace
At the place
Called despair.
The arrow points up …
Can you see it?
It’s there.
~~~
Points to the One who calls Himself God.
Points to the One who is perfect,
Unflawed.
He will never leave you,
Deceive you,
Deny you,
Disown you.

And all that you’ve done …
He already knows you.
~~~
God has a plan for your life.
He loves you …
And you’ll be alright.
The arrow points up ...
Can you see?
There's more, friend,
Much more ...
Still to be.
~~~

“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
Which made heaven and earth.”
Psalm 121:1-2
