Facts about the Ruby:
+Ruby hails from the Latin word "Rubens" which means red.
+The July gemstone is the Ruby believed to dazzle and garnish its recipients with favor, wealth, passion, love, and wisdom.
+Most Rubies are flawed but with exception to a rare few. The rare and exceptional "few" are worth an exhorbitant amount.
+The finest Rubies were first mined in Myanmar and named "Burmese Rubies."
+The brilliant hue of the Ruby makes her both costly and desirable.
Scripture credits the Ruby with great value ... but it lessens her value beside that greater virtue and glory named wisdom.
Those who pursue wisdom and understanding are openly praised by God and esteemed as true "Jewels" of great worth beyond price.
"Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies, and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her."
Proverbs 3:13-15
There's a treasure without measure beyond gems and stones.
Find her and "mine" her in the deep.
Call out to her.
Hold on to her ... and seek.
And when she takes possession of you,
praise God for your keep.
Never let her go.
Ruby red ... the color of the soul enflamed by God.
"For the Lord giveth wisdom and out of His mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: He is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of His saints. Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path. When wisdom entereth into thine heart and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul. Discretion shall preserve thee; understanding shall keep thee. To deliver thee from the way of the evil man; from the man that speaketh froward things."
Proverbs 2:6-12
