God displays Himself in different ways to different individuals,
but the "beautifullest" and "most best thing" about God is that He never shows Himself in the same way to the same two men.
He always appears differently.
And He's always described and defined differently.
But always the image of Christ shows up on behalf of the glory of God.
"And in the four and twentieth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river Hiddekel: Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz. His body also was like beryl, and His face as the appearance of lightning, and His eyes as lamps of fire, and His arms and His feet like in color to polished brass, and the voice of His words like the voice of a multitude.
And I Daniel alone saw the vision; for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them and they fled to hide themselves."
Daniel 10:4-7

Daniel 10:11&12;19
Daniel ... the noble captive from Israel known for his wise counsel, excellent conduct, deep convictions, and heart for God, and yet here dwelling with the egocentric, large, and lofty King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.

Daniel was due for his ...
And Daniel would prevail upon this vision with continued prophecies shown him and with glimpses of a future forecast that would silence him and drop him to his knees.
These things would be shown him during the reign of King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon in order to speak to a comparable world power still to come.
The vision of God would be a reminder of the ultimate prominence and dominence of God Almighty even in the face of a world super power.
Look to Daniel's vision here and remember ...
