Cleansing Father,

I am in this world but I am not of this world.
The toxins and pollutants that surround me serve to remind me that I am being preserved and set apart for something far greater.
I am of the saints -- holy, sacred, and distinctively different from others.
I bear a holy name and a holy name bears me.
I am a pilgrim and sojourner here on earth, with promises still awaiting fulfillment, and eternal provision still to come.
This is praiseworthy and fills my soul with rejoicing.
Order my steps according to Your word and cause me to keep to a path that is well-pleasing in Your sight.
Let the manifestation of Your Spirit be evident to all, and let Your glory emanate from my life.
Distinguish me as Your peculiar and chosen possession, and defend me as the apple of Your eye.
" Show Thy marvelous loving kindness, O Thou, that savest by Thy right hand them which put their trust in Thee from those that rise up against them. Keep me as the apple of Thy eye; hide me under the shadow of Thy wings."
Psalm 17:7-8
