Our hurts are never wasted, they are just "cut and pasted," and used in the lives of others.
After a period of repentance comes refreshing, renewal, and restoration.
And after "this" season comes usability in it's purest form.
Sometimes this is a highly visible thing,
and sometimes it's an almost invisible thing.
But always, it's a very certain thing ...
 for the Father has promised.
The Father will make His glory known,
and His truth and faithfulness will be shown,
and all men will see and exclaim with wonder at the goodness and glory of the Lord.
And from a bruised and broken heart ...
Purest blessing will flow.

"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort. Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble; by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God."
2 Corinthians 1:3-4
