The wandering child of God must set himself straight by going directly to the throne room of grace and realigning his heart with the matters of God.
He must remain in this place until his core is, once again, settled and secure.
He must get alone, get quiet, and get settled in his quest for God and then move after Him with reckless abandon.
And in this place the wandering child becomes the responsive child and all is well in his world again.
This is a manifestation of the resurrection power at work in an individual’s life …
This is the hope of the Gospel.
Remain in this place.

“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me."

John 15:4
