The desire to be an individual steeped in prayer is being fulfilled by God.
He is sending a host of afflictions, heartaches, and wonders into my soul that I have not experienced before.
In doing so … I am driven to my knees in a most desperate state.
This is the only recourse that I see in my present situation;
I have nowhere else to go.
And I learn that …
Sometimes the answers to my prayers come in the untidy package called pain.
Pain is the answer to my prayer;
Prayer is the answer to my pain.
God sees me on my knees …
And it is enough He meets me there.
I need Him so.
I need Him so.

"I know, O Lord, that Your judgments are right, and that in faithfulness You have afflicted me. Let, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to Your servant."
Psalm 119:75-76
