“And, behold, a woman which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind Him, and touched the hem of His garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch the hem of His garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned Him about, and when He saw her, He said, ‘Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole.’ And the woman was made whole from that hour.”
Matthew 9:20-22
To know whom to touch in our time of trial and need is to our salvation or its neglect.
Hemorrhaging of body, mind, or soul requires a physician who exceeds human limitation and surpasses human expectation:
Who loves us in spite of ourselves …
and forgives us in His faithfulness.
Who redeems us in mercy …
and rescues us in His might.
Who washes us in His blood and purifies us in His presence.
Faithful Physician,
Holy Healer,
Forgiving Father,
Gracious God,
 Cleansing Christ,
Loving Lord.
The soul which is looking to be made whole will find its sure remedy in Christ alone.
The hem of His garment is enough and the hemorrhaging of thy soul will be healed and made whole.
Just one touch.

"Be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole."
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies.”
Psalm 103:2-4
