Cleansing Father,
I am in this world, but I am not of this world.
The toxins and pollutants that surround me serve to remind me that I am being preserved and set apart for something far greater.
I am of the saints – holy, sacred, and distinctively different from others.
I bear a holy name and a holy name bears me.
I am a pilgrim and sojourner here on earth, with promises still awaiting fulfillment, and eternal provision still to come.
This is praiseworthy and fills my soul with rejoicing.
Order my steps according to Your word and let no sin have dominion over me.
Let the manifestation of Your Spirit be evident to all, and distinguish me as Your peculiar and chosen possession.

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."
1 Peter 2:9
