When we resign our fears, failures, and frailties to God,
and submit all that is not right in ourselves to true surrender before Him;
we find that our lives in ministry haven't ended,
they have only just begun.
This course of contrasts, marked out by human crookedness and waywardness, is what highlights and exalts God's perfect holiness.
To learn this needful truth is worth every brokenness.
This place called surrender.
"For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; 'I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit; to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones."
Isaiah 17:15
